    I have a 2024 GMC 2500. The oil change went fine. They never greased any of the fittings. He told me to come back and it would be taken care of the point is I shouldn’t have to come back. It should be done right the first time.

    Miranda Sasek worked tirelessly over several days helping us after choosing the right vehicle for my daughter. Al Serra also beat the better price on a trade-in for our older vehicke as well. The service people worked on a quick fix recall on my personal car quickly and efficiently. All while we were closing out the final paperwork.

I cannot remember the last time I had such a positive experience with any business. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and the team!

    The service experience at Al Serra today was unacceptable. Despite having an appointment, I was ignored by several available staff members and only received help after a salesperson from another department stepped in. He was in the middle of a huddle with other colleagues learning about a new vehicle on the lot by the way. So that gentleman went out of his way to help me out. I did not get his name. Seeing other customers greeted immediately while I was overlooked suggests a double standard in your customer service. Angel was the young lady who assisted me with my appointment.

    I never do reviews or complain, but I went and bought a used Buick that is in great condition. They put new tires on and didn’t replace the valve stems. One tire was leaking, so I went to my trusted Buick dealer and pay for a new one. My tire pressures read wrong on my tires because the sensors are all dying. They said they cleaned the car and it was emptied but all they did was smear leather cleaner all over everything, the radio, the instrument panel so it has a film all over it. I didn’t have a good experience at this dealership and I talked with a coworker who lives close to there and they told me after the fact they would never buy a car there. I tried to pay for the car and they wouldn’t accept my form of payment. This dealership take shortcuts. Who puts new tires on a car and doesn’t change the valve stems come on shame on them and they offer You nothing, they said you want the car or not. Very dissatisfied.
