    Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation only to find out that my radiator was leaking. Sarah and Rob were absolutely incredible in explaining the process and making it as seamless as possible. They got me into a rental right away and had it fixed the next business day.     Jennifer is worthless and I only got through my process because of my salesman NICO! He's amazing. Service didn't use to be like that. I had to call parts myself and everything communicated via text outside of that. Please get it together because I love Al Serra.

    I can't begin to thank the Steven at Al Serra Buick/GMC service enough for all his expertise in diagnosing a rare problem with our new 2026 Buick Encore GX. What started as a simple "service charging system" error code early on a Saturday morning, turned into a much tricky issue than expected. Steven invited us to "bring it right in and I'll check it in the lane" that Saturday morning. He didn't hesitate to help us out, and calmed our frustrations as our week old car (purchased at another location) already needed servicing. The issue with our new Buick was something unique, and Steven worked straight up through GM engineering to get this issue resolved. Totally a fluke and unique situation, but Steven didn't give up and made sure we were taken care of and resolved the issue. When dealing with Al Serra Buick service, you won't find anyone more invested, professional and personable as Steven. He's an excellent person, truly dedicated, and won't quit until he resolves the issue. You won't find a kinder, more invested person than Steven. Thank you Steven for being so attentive, caring and going above and beyond to get "Phineas" back up and running for us. We appreciate you!
