    My appointment was great. I was on time, service started on time. It seems like I was only there about an hour, maybe less. Scott was the kind, respectful, and friendly associate that was handled my concern and setting up the mechanics with my car. I feel like I was well taken care of. Will most definitely be back.     El Sarah does a great job. That’s why I keep returning. Plus they have all my records in their computers so if I need to know what was done on a vehicle, they can always pull it. Information will be right there. The only complaint that I would have I’m sure I’m not the only one that is as we aged our income gets lower so as price is rise getting a little tougher for us to start bringing our vehicles into a dealership when we can go out somewhere and get the same Services done a lot cheaper but anyway, my experience is always been wonderful with them. Plus my Technician was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to be thorough and kind and smiling and a happy mood. She was very pleasant.

    Have always had a great experience that’s why I always return. Although the pricing is getting pretty expensive than for us all timers, we don’t have much money anymore So I’ll just keep that in mind. My Technician was wonderful. She went out of her way above and beyond what she needed to do so it was a very good experience.

    I'm always treated very well at Al Serra! Great staff and the services provided are well appreciated. Respectfully, the only problem that I have, is that OEM replacement parts are not used. I would think if I took my vehicle to a dealership for services, original equipment would be replaced with original parts. I think customers should be given an option regarding replacement parts and the overall price for OEM should not be astronomical.
