  Traded in a vehicle that I bought here for another one. I talked to Joe Swisz on the phone and he was able to give me good numbers on the trade in and the other vehicle I was looking at. Joe was efficient,straight to the point and very easy to work with. Joe had 2 cars ready to test when I arrived. Al Serra has lots of cars.

  Trey was my sales agent and was pretty great. Walked in on a whim, and he got me on my way with something similar to what I came for. Helpful, informative, and best of all, wasn't pushing for the sale, or trying to rush through the whole thing like we all know sometimes happens in this particular atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

  We made an appointment for an oil change and told the tech upon arrival that we had another appointment upcoming somewhere else. We had 1 1/2 hours before we would need to leave for our next appointment. We were told service could be completed in 1 hour. After waiting for an hour we were told they couldn’t get service completed. To his credit, the tech got us out in time but without service being done. There were other customers grumbling about long waits. Not sure if they are overbooking, but they should do better.

  I had a great experience buying my 2025 Equinon RS at Al Serra. My salesperson, Mike Prieur, was professional, honest, and made the whole process stress-free. I drove across the state because this dealership had the best pricing and selection, and Mike communicated with me the entire time. Aside from that, Mike was respectful, genuine and I got zero salesman ick vibes from him, which I’m pointing out because I had been to at least 20 different dealerships over the last 3 months test driving and looking for the car that was right for me and I spoke to 20 icky salesman (at least). It should be noted that this dealership is a “volume” dealership meaning they lead with their best price. There is no haggling on price points bc the pricing is already smoking hot. That takes a lot of pressure off, especially coming from the west side of the state where comparable dealerships are based on commission only. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you're in the market and making the drive. It’s worth a call and a trip. I’ll definitely refer colleagues and friends to Mike.

  I recently leased my third vehicle through Tim MacDonald. He makes the leasing process so smooth! Unfortunately, there were a couple issues with the new truck so Tim coordinated with the service department to make sure everything was taken care of. Also, want to give kudos to the writer, Logan, and one of the techs (I believe), Jacob. They made the service side great. Logan kept me informed about how the vehicle was doing. And both Jacob and Logan took the time to explain what one of my concerns was. Cannot thank the three of them enough! Had my truck back in less than a day!
