  Just want to give a big shout out to all the people at al serra in the vw department. for the great service I received .Connor was absolutely the best nice friendly not judging on what a stupid move I did .no judging I threw my keys away in a bag stupid a d yes im a blonde but like a said NO JUDGING just great people thanks so much you have a great team of workers there definitely recommend.

  Took our Cadillac xt5 to Al Serra in Grand Blanc to have the radiator replaced under warranty. Jim Phillips in service was amazing. He Took care of us. We received a loaner. They had our car for a few days so to it being Easter weekend. The car was ready the Wednesday after Easter. Vacuumed out and washed.

  Everything was fine..labor about 200$/hr...seems a little high. My receipt said I had a complimentary car wash..I was charged 2.50 for and my car was not washed as it said

  I purchased a car about 3 months ago from Wade Roberts at AL Serra Cadillac in Grand Blanc, and I just have to share how impressed I am with their service. Recently, I hit a few potholes and ended up damaging my tires. Thankfully, I took their advice at the time of purchase and added the Easy Care tire protection. I reached out to Wade to ask what I should do, and he immediately stepped in to help. By the very next day, his team came out to make sure I was safe and installed temporary tires while new ones were being ordered. Even more impressive — the replacement tires arrived the following day, and they came directly to my home to install them! This level of customer care is truly above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with the incredible service from Wade and the entire AL Serra Cadillac team. I highly recommend them!!
