  I purchased a Certified Used vehicle from Al Serra Grand Blanc, in November 2025; More than pleased with my purchase! I needed some work done on my vehicle in April 2026. I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Service Manager (Daniel Garr), who accommodated my schedule and upon request arranged for me to have a loaner car from the dealership. This was a HUGE in customer service for me! Life is so busy and the Al Serra GMC Service Team members, (Daniel Garr, Ethan Simmons and Sara Sommarito), gave EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service to my needs; not once but twice! In my opinion... Al Serra Grand Blanc Dealership works like a well oiled machine. This was my second purchase from this Dealership. I highly recommend them for your next purchase and or vehicle service.

  Had me PURCHASE a SOLD car. And didnt tell me until they were giving me the title. Had the car put on my insurance and signed paperwork just to be told it was sold days before i even came in and test drove it. Wasted days of my time completely and we're not willing to help, just said they were embarrassed and that they can't do anything about it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  I bought my Corvette here and have only had issues with the car and getting the dealership to register it. After paying well over 60000, the car still needed new tires and brakes. They filed paperwork incorrectly causing a huge hassle for everyone involved. If I were anyone else looking for a car, I would buy elsewhere.

  i’m normally not one to leave a bad review on a company, but i’m extremely disappointed at the dishonesty of this car dealership. first, i would like to add that we did have a wonderful sales experience, and i do not fault the sales team! but unfortunately my husband was sold a lemon last april right after we found out we were pregnant with our first baby, and we were getting things ready for her and decided new cars were the way to go. unfortunately since then his mazda3 that was purchased has given us nothing but issues. from a new engine being put in, to a new thermostat, countless leaks, and now this morning our 4 month old and i had to go get him on the side of i75 because he was broken down on the highway because a hose that was installed by Al Serra just broke off. it’s been a year of this and he’s been broken down countless times now. truly i’m just saddened by this dealership for even allowing this car sale when clearly there were issues with the car before it was purchased by us.

  I absolutely recommend doing business with Adam Garceau. Adam is very respectful, responsive and pleasant to do business with. He goes above and beyond to make sure your experience goes smoothly. I have recommended him to my sons who don't live in the area and Adam had their new vehicles delivered to them and picked up their trade ins from them. One of them is on the west side of the state about 2 1/2 hours away and the other is in Ohio between 3 1/2 & 4 hours away depending on traffic. You don't get that kind of customer service very often! Thank you Adam for always taking care of us!
