  From the Grand Rapids area. Every wash I've had in a vehicle that required a sleeve on the rear wiper blade, the attendants pay attention and put one on as my vehicle enters the wash, slowing moving on conveyor. I have a monthly unlimited membership so I stopped at the Gaylord wash while in the area and with a membership, I had no reason to go to the window. Apparently it put a real wrench in the attendant's day because when she didn't step out to put the sleeve on, I waved her over. She proceeded to get testie with me for not going to the window, that 'that isn't the way it's done.' She was upset with me because she wasn't doing her job and now had to stop the conveyor to sleeve my wiper blade. Sorry Gaylord Tommy's I'm not impressed with the particular attendant and certainly not if your standard process is to make a customer with a membership stop at the window because it's too much for your staff to do their job.

  I recently took my vehicle to Tommy's Car Wash, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and professional, and you can tell they truly care about both the customer experience and the quality of their work. My car came out looking absolutely spotless—like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! The attention to detail was noticeable, and even the areas that are usually easy to miss were perfectly clean. The wash itself was quick, but never felt rushed. What really stood out was how consistent and reliable everything felt. It’s clear this location takes pride in maintaining high standards, and it shows in the results. If you’re in the Gaylord area and want a car wash that’s fast, thorough, and worth every penny, I highly recommend giving them a try. I’ll definitely be back!

  BEST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED...AND I'M A VOG!!!!! (VERY OLD GUY) I initially joined the "Club" about a month ago!!! I paid for the top wash selected...I got "free car washes for a month"!!! I have never been happier...I stopped today in the rain...YES THEY'RE OPEN!!! I was checking my auto billed account and met a Wonderful employee her name was AJAINA who was an ABSOLUTE AMBASSADOR to Tommy's Car Wash!!! Her pleasant demeanor...her attentiveness and knowledge shone thru... AJAINA is an Asset to that companies mission!!! Thank YOU Tommys for Your Selection ..Training and Retention of QUALITY EMPLOYEES!!! ROACH6

  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Gaylord. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, efficient, and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and running well. The wash itself was quick but very thorough—my vehicle came out looking spotless with a great shine. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the pre-wash prep to the drying at the end. The vacuums and additional amenities were also a huge plus and made it easy to finish the job right there. Overall, this is one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had in the area. Convenient, high-quality, and consistent—definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back regularly and would recommend it to anyone looking to keep their vehicle looking its best.
