  Gabe was absolutely fantastic and bent over backwards to get us into a car that suited our needs and budget, and went to bat for us for financing! He even came in on his day off to accommodate our close of the sale. Absolutely highly recommend this gentleman to anyone. He listens, he pays attention, and he goes the distance!

  We purchased our used 2021 Ford Ranger in July 2024 and added an extended warranty for over $100 per month. We suspected a transmission issue in the summer of 2025 and asked for an service appointment. They kept changing the appointment because they said they didn't have anyone to do transmissions. So we tried another Ford dealer and are getting the same story. Now 15 months after our purchase, we are being told that our "Extended warranty" has expired??? Then I want my extended warranty money refunded to us and think that we will contact a lawyer to sue the dealership that sold us this bogus warranty.

  Whole team is friendly and responsive. Transparency the entire buying process, Especially about proper financing specific to budget. I traveled an hour myself, it’s worth the drive to to Gaylord Michigan. Thank you
