  The technician that came out to see us was top-notch. I apologize. I have a memory problem. I can’t remember his name. I think it was Trevor. I’m embarrassed because he did such a good job very polite very easy to work with very accommodating. He was top-notch. I was surprised at how fast Safelite responded. I expect it to be a week or so. I’ve submitted my claim on Friday. They were here Monday morning at 8 AM. I was surprised very much appreciate their professionalism their convenience. I would definitely use them again and again the experience was wonderful thank you again to the technician you did an awesome job.

  Left an absolute mess all over the dash when they replaced the windshield. Tried to call and all you get is a computer and transferred around. Pic only shows one spot the entire dash was covered

  It was about $450 for a new windshield for my car which initially I thought was expensive but it’s a whole windshield for a car, how cheap can you expect it to be and they come to you and replace it on your schedule wherever you want. It couldn’t get any easier and the technician they sent out was so communicative and friendly. They called to confirm the day before. The morning of, he gave me a more specific arrival time and then when he was running ahead of schedule, he called to let me know. Then it was raining a bit and they can’t do the service in the rain and the technician watched the radar and waited for an hour to be able to do the windshield while remaining friendly and professional. Great overall experience!!

  My husband had appointment for today for them to come out to change windshield he took the day off work to get the job done. Chance called day of service Said they can’t make it. Lied said they needed two people to do it. Was rude on the phone. Said we had to come into the shop which is not correct. We’ve had them out here multiple times before one guy changing the windshield. Very disappointed!!

  I can’t believe it. This is the first time Safelite has ever told me they could not come out to my house and do my job because they didn’t have nobody to do the job. I am definitely calling corporate. They ruined my whole day. I took the day off of work to get them out there and chance was totally rude on the phone. It would not help me. I definitely do not recommend this company to nobody. I’ve used them for years. I have a fleet of trucks that they do for me and I will never call them again. Call review right now chance you should not treat your customers like this
