She is lucky im not her boss because she wouldnt have a job there anymore**** since i posted this review upper management reached out to me and apologized for their employees actions, i had no problem whatsoever with the way they operate and do the oil change they were very thorough, the issue was with the employee that speaks with the customers and guides them through the process of the oil change. The district manager reached out to me after reading my review and made things right. Now thats what i call 1st class customer service

A new oil filter
Reset Oil Life Monitoring System
Complete chassis lubrication
Adjust tire pressure
Inspect wiper blades
Inspect lights and blinkers
