I expressed concern as it was very snowy in our area, but was reassured this could be done outdoors. At my appointment time I received a call from the store in Gaylord, Michigan, telling me they wouldn’t ask their crew to do this outdoors. I reassured the store manager that this was in protected area and it was 20 degrees out, but he didn’t give a damn. He did let me drive 35 minutes to his store and then sit in the waiting room for three hours while they did this indoors, but I wasn’t planning on having to take vacation time to get this done. Your schedulers and your store managers should get their stories straight and then convey a message to your customers that your crews will stand behind.
