    The only Enterprise I ever deal with. I went in on a Friday to get a rental with no reservation. The service was fast and efficient. James was my rep my last 2 visits he’s nice and knowledgeable. Great customer service!! Thanks again

    Not a good experience. I had a corporate reservation and what struck me as odd first was that they didn’t call me to confirm the reservation. Up until that point, every location except the airport would call me to confirm. Once I arrived, I see that there were mostly just SUVs and a pickup truck on the lot. But instead of just giving me a free upgrade, they gave me a Compact car— a Nissan Versa, for the same price as the Standard car class. For reference, I used to work for a rental company. I well know the car sizes and classes. The class my company booked was two steps higher than the Versa. I rejected the car at first, saying I booked a Standard. The rep tells me “It’s around the same size.” I said: “No it’s not. That’s a Compact. Even if it was around the same size, I’m being charged for a downgrade.” What baffled me was that he said: “well you can pay for an upgrade” to an SUV. If you don’t have what the customer booked, you never give the customer the lesser car. No good rental company has ever done this before! So, I begrudgingly take the car because I didn’t feel like arguing & needed to get on the road. I make them change the rate of the car to the Compact class. Why didn’t the rep rerate it on his own? Seems a little suspicious. Please, always be aware of the class of car you booked, and then the one they try to give and charge you for. They printed out the agreement and just handed it to me. They didn’t have me initial anything, it was all blank. Again, that’s odd. They also didn’t walk out with me to inspect the car. They basically handed me the keys and said “Here you go”. The car had stains on the inside and the tank was only half full. When I went back inside to let them know (because he gave me a blank rental agreement remember?) A couple walked in to get another car. They were offered SEVERAL types of vehicles. By the way, they went out with that couple to inspect their car. I wonder why the customer service was so different for me? Look, I rent cars a lot. I’m simple. I don’t necessarily need the car to be inspected by a rep, need a printed agreement, or even need to see the rep. Just tell me where the car is so I can go. But, what I *expect* is: 1. Car class I booked or better 2. Clean interior 3. Full Tank of gas 4. Bare minimum customer service When you require that I go in to speak with someone, they better at least give me some type of service. Which these guys did not do. All 4 points were missed! Don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
