  I don’t typically take the time to write bad reviews; however, this experience warrants one. I visited the car wash on Sunday afternoon and had one vehicle ahead of me upon arrival. Before entering, I had my window down and politely asked the attendant to please ensure the back window and surrounding areas of my vehicle were thoroughly scrubbed, as they were quite dirty. He acknowledged my request with a thumbs-up, and I proceeded into the wash. Unfortunately, my request went in one ear and out of the other as he just sprayed my jeep and didn’t use the hand brush. After exiting, I parked and inspected my vehicle, only to find that there was still visible mud and dirt throughout. I returned to the booth, where the attendant was very courteous and apologetic. I explained the situation and asked that, if I went through again, they please make sure the vehicle was properly scrubbed. She stepped away from the booth to relay the message, both washing attendants seemed receptive, however they were not. I proceeded through a second time, but upon exiting and inspecting my vehicle again, the same areas remained dirty. I returned once more and explained that I was not trying to be difficult, but I had paid for a deluxe wash and my vehicle was still not clean after two attempts. At that point, I was informed that because my Jeep has a rear-mounted spare tire, a sensor may prevent the brushes from getting too close to the vehicle. While I understand the safety feature, I also expressed that in those cases, the expectation would be for staff to manually scrub those areas. I was told they are supposed to do so; however, that did not occur. I went through the wash a third time, and unfortunately, the results were the same—my vehicle remained visibly dirty. And I was at no point of remaining pleasant so I left. Additionally, this has been an ongoing issue during my past four visits. Given the repeated lack of satisfactory service, I am now looking forward to the other car wash opening and that they can provide more consistent quality and attention to detail. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the booth attendant, but the lack of follow-through from the wash staff and the overall quality of service were very disappointing, especially after multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I can’t wait for Tommy’s to open!

  The staff was very nice and professional. They went over things with us, and if we had questions, they answered them. We usually get the Classic Quaker State Oil Change over the Gold Oil Change, which is the Pennzoil. Thank you guys. We appreciate you.

  The car got clean. The onsite experience, however, was a 1-star. The loading instructions are incredibly confusing; the electronic sign and the physical attendant were giving me opposite directions. Instead of helping, the attendant lost his temper and started shouting at me and his coworkers. Management needs to sync their equipment with their staff training so customers aren't caught in the middle."
