- APAltasia PenceDec 10, 20252.0This place used to be great but the last year or so has been nothing but issues. I have a monthly membership so I visit the car wash 3 times a week usually. Quite often, the car wash has been closed “for maintenance issues” with a sign out front blocking the entrance. I’m not sure what problems they’re experiencing but if the issues are significant enough that the wash is closed 3+ times per week, something needs corrected. Quite often the wash has shut down with myself and others inside. Usually for 2-3 minutes and then it turns back on. Lastly- I’ve been experiencing scratches and small matching dents on both sides of the vehicle. Tommy’s Car Wash is currently being built and I truly hope this place can get it together soon before they really lose business.

Angela A specifically was rude and had an attitude the entire time as well as complained and told the Man underneath my car not to do certain things bc I was unhappy. She was very rough with my car and just unpleasant the entire experience. I have never had issues with staff rudeness like I’ve had today. On the other hand Sean who checked me out and in was very nice and kind the entire time.
