  I hit a deer with My 22 Tacoma. It has an aftermarket steel bumper with a winch installed. I was told by Jaime that they usually don’t work with aftermarket because they are limited on where they can source parts. She gave me a call that afternoon or the next day to let me know they found the bumper and could do the work. So I had them order it and two week later it came in and they were able to start the work. At this point I’m extremely happy that it’s getting taken care of. When I dropped the vehicle off, I pointed out my areas of concern because I had 2 weeks to look it over and find the damage. Maria? Took pictures of my concerns to pass along to Jaime and they assured me it would be taken care of. Fast forward a week and a half ish, I go to pick up the vehicle and noticed the only fixed one of the three things I pointed out. I asked to speak with someone about it in a 100% calm demeanor(I don’t have the desire to argue with anyone) Jaime was 10 feet away staring at a blank computer screen ignoring the situation like the plague. The manager jumps up and comes out of the office asking what the issues were. I took him out and showed him and explained the situation. He suddenly gets short and says, what’re you gonna do take it or leave it? I said I’d like to leave it if they can get it fixed correctly. He didn’t answer one way or the other and just repeated the question. Reluctantly I decided to leave it at the request The body guy that worked on it didn’t touch it(I’ve known him personally for years, he has no business touching something that’s supposed to carry someone safely to their destination) the kept it for another two weeks, replaced an air diverter behind the grille(upon reviewing invoices they had originally ordered it and sent it back after they got my truck the first time), didn’t touch the bent body mount. The bumper cover was popped out. Still a scratched up bumper cover from the accident. At this point I realize this is the best I’m going to get from them. So, I take the truck home and fix what I can myself. I’ve had some hours into it over the last two months. I removed the bumper yesterday for the first time since the accident to weld plates on for the bumper. At this time I find the “mechanic” clamped down on the coating of the wire instead of the ferrule plate on the end of the wire. I would not recommend this shop to anyone for anything. If you aren’t happy with paying for a half done job, you will be met with hostility from anyone that can actually help you. The receptionist was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

  I hit deer and brought my car to this shop since they were part of State Farm’s approved shops. I have had nothing but issues with my car and they failed to put my new hood on correctly for my 2021 civic more than once. I most definitely would not recommend this shop or ever go back. The collision repair man Scott is extremely rude and should not be allowed to interact with the public.

  Thank you for detailing my car prior to returning it, and taking good care of my Subaru! I would recommend Gerber to anyone. Also, excellent customer service.

  I thought my truck was done for after a huge dent on the bed and door but they made it look brand new and I am surprised and grateful that it looks brand new again. Good body work and timing was perfect
