  After a horrible experience at the Bay Rd location that pretty much ruined any hope of making our trip, Sly at the MBS counter was a lifesaver! He was able to accommodate my original reservation from a month prior for Bay Rd that they didn't uphold or even attempt to accommodate. Sly was able to get me into the exact vehicle I had originally reserved and honor my original price as well. He was super friendly and calming and efficient too. As a loyal plus member for almost 20 years, I almost left enterprise altogether after the Bay Rd experience that same day. Luckily I stopped into MBS on my way home and Sly was able to save the trip and a customer for future!

  So easy pickup counter to car. Small airport. Rental counter in baggage claim area. Short walk outside to vehicles. Friendly employees. Great AWD/4WD vehicles, a must for Michigan winters. Easy return, park right outside terminal and enter through baggage claim to counter, dropff keys, receipt emailed. Truly a great experience beginning to end. 2025/12/13-12/16

  Vehicle wreaked of smoke and multiple customer service channels ignored the issue. Future rental needs will go elsewhere.

  When you "Press 3" to speak to a Enterprise employee, the automated message says "mailbox is full" and then if you "Press 2" to ask about availability, the phone rings and then hangs up. Tried both of these multiple times with the same outcome. They might need to fire some people hanging up the phone. I've been to 6 Enterprise locations in the last 5 months for work, and this has never happened.

  Zero communication between people taking reservations and what they actually have in stock. First we had a mini van reservation at the enterprise in Saginaw (family of 6), 64 dollar tax ride there... sorry, we have a sadan for you.... frustrating, call up the one at the MBS International Airport, made it clear what happened, they assured they had one. We even had "Leo" to walk out to the lot to confirmed they had one which they confirmed. They said absolutely yes they do and they would hold it until 1 for us. 25 dollar uber ride later, I get there. They had absolutely nothing to rent. No idea who this Leo was. Luckily the Hertz had something for us.
