  Alamo was very easy to work with. Originally I'd been rented a car that reeked of cigarettes. I went back into the office and the agent immediately changed me to another cleaner car. Yay! Also, when I realized I needed the car a little longer, it was easy to update online. The agents at the desk were professional and easy to work with.

  I put in for a reservation over a week ago for a sports car a Dodge Challenger in particular and got there and you told that there were no sports cars available that she tried to call me only once and never reached out by email I was never told that I was to have a $500 deposit considering it was my first time renting a car I never got a discount for not having the right car that I wanted after having over the week's reservation I still had to pay the same price I paid for insurance over Priceline and insurance at the company so I suggest if you rent a car you just buy the insurance at the company otherwise you're buying twice went to go drop off the car nobody was there to explain how that deposit would go back onto my credit card I won't go through this company again very unsatisfied

  My mom and I pre paid for a rental car 2 weeks ago. She had called two different times as we could not make the noon pick up and they said that if we were there by 6pm it would be fine as they have a 24 hour grace period. Well, when we got there they said they cancelled the rental car because they called before 1pm and left a message. But, she didn’t see the call or voicemail. So upon showing up the 2 people at the desks were completely disrespectful and rude. Refused to help us, we asked their names to call management and they refused that. Called security on us because of them being rude. Unable to refund money payment upon calling north Alamo to speak to a manager, we were told an area manager would call us back in 2 mins and never received the call. Upon calling 35 mins later we were told no manger was available. Needless to say we left without a rental or a refund at this time.

  I think out of all the rental options at MBS, this one was the smoothest process. I'd most likely choose them again if I fly into MBS in the future.
