    The staff at Uncle Ed’s were very professional and friendly. After I expressed some concerns, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied with their set. Jay, the manager was super attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend giving this shop a try!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Uncle Ed’s Oil Change on Gratiot (Groesbeck) Highway. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, efficient, and welcoming. The manager, Jay, was outstanding — he took the time to thoroughly explain what my Kia Forte needed, gave honest and much-needed recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciated how knowledgeable and transparent he was. The technician, Trey, was also amazing — very friendly, respectful, and professional while servicing my vehicle. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, the entire team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I’m very appreciative and will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others!

    Manager Jay and Technician Trey were very friendly. I went in for a fluid check. They got me together. Checked my fluids and tires also informed me of services due. Great customer service and communication amongst them.
