- BGBrandon GansleySep 30, 20251.0I bought a head gasket kit from the store the kit was supposed to include all the upper half gaskets when I got to the intake manifold the gaskets were wrong same with the throttle body gasket I called the store the kid was very rude was not willing to work with me at all told me I had to buy different parts that he would not exchange the parts and he very rudely hung up on me so I will no longer be doing business with this company and I would suggest anybody else who deals with them to stop O'Reilly's takes care of their customers better than that and they would not have even tried to argue they would have helped me get what I needed the first picture is what they gave me the second picture is what I needed
