  Great customer service with friendly staff at the lobby counter. I think his name is Tony who is cool calm collected. Quality service and transparent providing explanation. Not pushy with sales unlike their competitor across the street.

  Just stopped in to replace 2 tires I originally bought from them, which I used to go to ******** tires and they beat their prices. Wasn’t here even an hour, friendly employees, great customer service. Even though I had to pay my pro-rotated price from the warranty I bought on my tires.(which is everywhere you go). Might of made me sad when I came in, but feeling good with a smile on my face when I left. And I get to feel safer on my way home. Thanks again Goodyear (Port Huron) Great job guys, customer service is such an important part of a customers experience.

  Mr. Richards could not have been more professional for my situation. I had a Compact Tractor tire that needed a new metal valve stem. They didn't have one in stock but offered a place to get and they would still take care of me. After chasing a valve stem down a couple hours later when I came back, he was like happy that I was able to find it and promptly repaired it. The time the shop was full of people, and he didn't rush or be condescending either all while having a smile on his face. Thank you and Merry Christmas Mr. Richards!
