They didn't have one in stock but offered a place to get and they would still take care of me. After chasing a valve stem down a couple hours later when I came back, he was like happy that I was able to find it and promptly repaired it. The time the shop was full of people, and he didn't rush or be condescending either all while having a smile on his face. Thank you and Merry Christmas Mr. Richards!
