I did not have rental car coverage and they gave me a Loaner vehicle for 7 days, complimentary, which was a huge blessing! I keep my car clean, as a personal practice, but one question asked if it was returned cleaned - no - it wasn’t. But it wasn’t necessary, either. I was very satisfied and would recommend.

Guy at the desk called Enterprise for me to get my rental and when they put him on hold, he had somebody drive me up to Enterprise. Samantha was great and updated me throughout the whole process. Got my car back on the day it was promised and the whole car was clean, inside and out. Let me leave my rental at the shop and took care of calling Enterprise for me again. Great experience overall and made the best out of a major inconvenience for me
