  Employees were polite and kept me updated but I felt like the cost was on the higher end. It took 3 hours to get done and I had an appointment scheduled, so they got me in right away. But I didn't have a ride home, so I stayed in the lobby and worked until my laptop died (there were no visible outlets). They did ask if I wanted my parts back, which is an expected question after completion, so I appreciate them going by the book. No issues after getting my vehicle back either, so money well spent for the peace of mind-even if it was my entire work bonus and I wasn't able to treat myself to something fun. I suppose arriving alive to future endeavors is enough for now.

  Technicians were helpful and service was quick, price was extremely reasonable. We got a flat tire suddenly on the e-way, pulled off to their convenient location and were back on the road in less than a 1/2 hour. Highly recommend!!

  I had a very concerning experience with Tuffy in Flint (Pierson Rd. and Miller Rd.) and would strongly caution others. I paid $3,400 for suspension repairs on my Ford Explorer, but the original issue (popping when turning/accelerating) was never fixed. The day after picking up my vehicle, it started shaking violently and I had to return immediately—turns out a tie rod they installed was not properly secured. Over the next several weeks, the same problems continued. My vehicle broke down multiple times, was towed between locations without my permission, and I was without transportation for days at a time. Most concerning, the same tie rod failed AGAIN on March 15 and came apart while I was driving. This is a serious safety issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through corporate and local management, I have not received any meaningful response. I paid $3,400 and my vehicle is still unsafe and has the same issues. Very disappointing experience.
