  The employees here are respectful, hard working and will be honest about what’s wrong with your vehicle. I turned my vehicle in one morning and got it back the same day, and the inspection fee goes towards the labor for whatever you’re getting done. Can’t say the same for any dealership in the area. Go to TUFFY’s on Dort and Lapeer!!

  Went to get my breaks flushed. They refused to do the service if I didn’t let them charge me for other parts that did not need to be replaced and work that did not need to be done. Wanted over 1000 dollars for a 140 job never would recommend to anyone they are scammers UPDATE- breaks have been flushed by a third party professional for $110

  Came in told them I’m having white smoke out my tail pipe got a diagnosis they tell me it’s spark plugs and Intake gaskets I ask was he sure b4 I pay 1200 for some spark plugs he said yes the very next day engine light back the same exact codes pop back up so I call talk to a manager Dave allegedly and told me let them run more test and find out it’s my head gasket so I pleaded with him on making it right so he said he will do me a solid and help with getting the head gasket fix …after they said the dnt do head gaskets and recommend me to semens at 1st then he said he’ll have some one call me the next day with a estimate to only find out they were able to do it all of a sudden and tried to charge me 6300$ bucks for a 2000-3000 dollar job then dnt so I say noooo way that’s robbery I take it somewhere else now they won’t take my calls to make it right I’m overly pissssed off dnt not do business with tuffys locations especially if u dnt wanna be beat out your money 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 manger name Dave did not make it right at alllllllll
