- AQAnas Al qararaaMay 1, 20261.0Avoid Tommy's Express Car Wash at all costs. Their car wash damaged my vehicle, and there were zero warnings or signs posted about the risk. After it happened, their staff told me they would “take care of it” and cover the cost, had me enter all my information into their system, and promised a follow-up call. That call never came. When I followed up myself, they suddenly acted like that conversation never happened. Now the manager and owner are refusing to speak with me at all, which tells you everything you need to know about how they handle problems. This isn’t just bad service—it’s dishonest and irresponsible. They will smile to your face in the moment and then completely ghost you when it’s time to take accountability. If you value your car, do not trust this place with it.

- FGFRANK GRANDBERRYMar 29, 20263.0Pretty disappointed in tgis Tommy's site... they don't have the new towel service like some other sites... just rags hanging on a trash can... the staff doesn't seem to interested in the customers... not sure they pay attention to how the car wash is functioning... the soap barely comes out (I have the works)... The wash fingers appear to be worn and dirty (scratching my paint) and the dryer sounds like it's compressing the sheet metal on my vehicle although it's not drying my vehicle very well... Better Tommy's locations in the area... just wish THIS ONE would up the game!!!
