  Very easy to schedule. I live on a dirt road out in the country and a rock hit my windshield and spider webbed it. I was very thankful that they could come right out to the house. They also accepted payment plans which was nice. My technician called me the date of and told me exactly when he was going to be there. He was so sweet and kind and did a really good job. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Safelite is the best it doesn’t take them long to replace your glass windows it took Tyler 5 minutes to replace my back passenger window and he did a good job 5 stairs Plus

  My experience was easy and very convenient. I was able to get my windshield replaced at work which was great due to my busy schedule. Colten was nice friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

  This was my 1st experience with Safelite as this is who my insurance company uses directly. I didn't know what to expect and let me tell you that it was a great experience. I handled everything as far as the claim via the app for my insurance company. Safelite arrived when they said they would, called in advance and removed/installed a new windshield in a timely fashion. The tech who came to my home was Abraham and he was polite and efficient. I would recommend the Miller Rd location in Flint, MI to anyone. PRO TIP: Get full glass replacement coverage on your Insurance Policy, saved us a LOT of $ Thank you Safelite 😊

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass from start to finish. Making an appointment was incredibly easy, and their team was very accommodating with scheduling. When I arrived, I was impressed by the clean and comfortable waiting area, complete with a nice selection of coffee—it made the wait even more pleasant. A special shoutout to Devin, who was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize the technician, Bryan, who did an outstanding job. The windshield was installed and calibrated perfectly, and everything was completed in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone in need of quality work and great customer care.
