Reserved a full size car, they didn't have one so they put me in a Wrangler, too drive from SE Texas to Michigan, Jeep developed a bad wobble in the steering wheel so had to exchange, they put me in a trail blazer, none of the charging ports worked, called every Enterprise locally, was advised to just charge my phone, which was being used for maps, at had stations on the way home, called customer service they told me to go to a location 25 minutes away and they would have a car for me, changed my plans and drove to that location, only to be told nobody ever contacted them and they don't have a car for me. Multiple calls, multiple stops from Monday until Friday. I finally got a car, to safely drive home the evening before driving home. This is the 2nd time I've dealt with vehicle issues from this location, plus multiple other rentals with no washer fluid. Small issues, but I'm paying for a car where everything should work. If there were another rental place close to be, I would never use Enterprise. Customer service is awful. Much more to the story but ending it here
