  Very accommodating and professional. The tech even stayed late to put my truck inside for the night when I dropped it off. They were in constant contact when my service started. Fast and friendly!

  The reason I am not giving less than 4 stars is solely because of the assistant store manager, Devon (apologies if the name is misspelled), and the excellent corporate customer service I received - it would be a different story if she had not been the BEST example of how to take care of and treat customers. However, this rating not being 5 stars is due to the experience I had with the employee Jordan, who demonstrated difficulty listening, thinking critically, or even providing his own name when asked multiple times. Further details I am sure management received after the complaint I made with corporate after speaking with them. I sincerely appreciate the employees who helped reschedule my appointment due to the location being short‑staffed, the excellent work safelite has provided me for both my vehicles over the years as well as the significant discount they offered today specifically because of the issues caused by Jordan. When I arrived, I spoke with Devon, who was professional and helpful. However, I immediately noticed Jordan at the other terminal, arrogantly smiling once he realized who I was after he completed a phone call with another customer. Which indicates to me that either he was not held accountable for his unprofessional behavior or he just doesn’t care; neither of which are an example of an employee I would like on my team.  After finishing the phone call he was on, he took out his cell phone and began texting for the remainder of my wait while Devon handled my vehicle and came back with the estimated wait time. I am not familiar with the policies here but having earphones in and openly texting while on the clock seems like behavior that would warrant at least a write‑up. The way he spoke to me on the phone earlier certainly should have. This behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. While I appreciate the hardworking employees you do have, a business is only as strong as its least professional team member—and in this case, Jordan’s lack of engagement, lack of professionalism, and inability to listen or think critically caused unnecessary stress that morning. It is unfortunate that the rest of the team had to compensate and provide substantial discounts solely because of his conduct.

  The phone number listed doesn't connect to this store or even a human. I actually tried 3 or 4 numbers and it's all the same automated message. They make no attempt to contact you to update you. I waited over an hour after closing when I dropped my car off at 9:30am. Go elsewhere!

  I had a small crack and came here to get it fixed but they did not fix it at all… THEY MADE IT WORSE they made my crack spread and proceeded to tell me i will need to replace it and asked if i wanted to schedule it now it was one little crack now i “need a new windshield” dont go to this place trust me! Never using safelite again. BE WARE!!! (Also my windshield had ZERO cracks in it before this and was perfect thank you safelite for ruining my windshield) Picture 1: Before Picture 2: After
