- SRS RNov 14, 20251.0my experience with this company was very annoying. my first appointment that I made over the phone was never actually booked so when no one showed up I had to call and make a second appointment. then at my second appointment they told me they can't replace my windshield because my break assist, back up sensor, and blind zone sensors are not working, however that has nothing to do with the windshield. i don't understand this policy as those are luxury features that some cars don't even have and it shouldn't matter whether they are working or not. the worker was helpful in suggesting other shops as literally no one else would care about my luxury features functioning to replace glass on my car. edit to add: I just noticed as well, the technician left my windows wide open, luckily no one wanted my car or it didn't rain last night.

He was very timely about his arrival, very communicative about when his arrival time would be, and very communicative about the whole repair process and what it entailed. The repair job he did was as if I didn’t have a chip in my window. I would highly recommend Safelite for a window repair. Also the technician John. It was very easy to book an appointment online, and choose a day and time slot that works best for me and my schedule. I liked that they had a wide variety of appointment dates and times to choose from.
