  Alyssa Worden was my sales person! I was the idiot. She only gave me $2000 for my ford explorer xlt . I still ower $15,000 plus the new vehicle $49,000 . She played on my emotions and my story. She told me her manger said your engine is going to blow. This was a lie. All that was needed was a tune up and a few parts. I just put alot of money getting front brack brakes, 02 stensors, thermstat. Kicking my self every day in the rear for being so stupid. She seen a sucker coming.

  This is quite possibly the worst ran car dealership I have ever done business with. I bought an Equinox here last year, traded in a Bronco sport. Long story short the Bronco was never paid off completely by the dealership and I ended up in collections for a car I didn’t even own anymore. It took multiple calls to the dealership to get this resolved. That wasn’t the only issue with the dealership. It became the time of year where it was time for me to renew my license plates. I did not receive the mailing from the Secretary of State, so I went into my local office as it turns out the equinox never had plates transferred from my trade-in. The plate was physically put on the vehicle but not properly transferred with SOS. It was transferred for 24 hours and then, for some reason, the dealership did something where the plate was no longer transferred to the new vehicle. The secretary of state told me that I never had plates legally on that vehicle so I had to pay for the previous year and the upcoming year. I was in shock. I don’t even know how this dealership is still in business I would never purchase another vehicle there. Their office staff is incompetent to say the least
