Although she only had one Worker in the garage, she maintain contact with me throughout the evening to keep me informed of delays and reassured me that they would complete the work before they closed for business. The loss of 1 star was not for the Assistant Manager, but for the worker who Upon our arrival, appeared bothered by his work and when it came to our car, didn’t conduct a thorough assessment of the tire and immediately claimed that the tire was non-repairable. I’d hate to say that it was in an attempt force an expensive tire purchase, But more so because he was exhausted from the days work and was ready to end the shift. Overall great experience.

They switch my tires didn't ask if I wanted to take my tires, so they charge me a disposal fee off the rip and once tires were installed which took every bit of 2.5 hours. While waiting I went shopping across the street@2 stores, came back and my car still sitting on the pavement.WTH, when Question why my tires aren't on yet the desk clerk who sold me tires told me about a 32 point check list they go thru! my car is still under factory warranty and I don't go up under my hood. Why you guys got my freaking hood up on my brand new car??? put my tires on so I can go! To make matters worst, I paid 1000 dollars or so in cash not noticing that they charged me for tires that I took with me. 18 dollars. Now here's the catcher along with the other pre mentioned bull.The salesman told me corporate has to send me my refund, it's going on a month since my purchase and haven't heard from kan rock corp🤔 never again.....
