  Worst experience ever. They scammed me out of 1600. Paid for good year tires they put off brand on and they told me if I wanted different tires I would have to pay again.

  This shop is horrible. Charged us for good year tires but got a different brand. And they refuse to fix it. This is fraud there and awful place.

  My car has now been here over a week and they have yet to look at it. Called today stating they cannot work on this vehicle because they have no one to look at it for months. Poor communication, absolutely the rudest staff, “ain’t nobody to work on it”, lied numerous times. *UPDATE* we were working with a warranty company so we were on their time when it came to removing our vehicle from this store. So the “manager” threatened to have our vehicle towed if it wasn’t gone by the time he left because I left a negative review and contact customer service due to his poor behavior and his employees behavior.

  Worst place I have ever dealt with for any kind of repairs. Had my vehicle towed here on a Friday around 3 pm, was told that day they would get it in to look at it. Over the weekend was contacted stating the vehicle had not been looked at, asked when the vehicle would be looked at was told Monday, checked in Monday was told it would be looked at Tuesday. Went here Tuesday was told there was only 1 car I front of mine, and it would be looked at no later than Thursday. Called here Thursday to then be told my car would not even be looked at for 2-3 weeks and now there are magically 2 cars in front of it. Just to get looked at to verify what’s wrong with it and start the claim process. I called the office to speak to a manager about what was actually going on and why I was being lied too and was talked to as if I was an idiot, when I presented all the facts and statements they have provided me. An hour later they call my husband to tell him that the car would be ready to roll over tomorrow. He asks what that means since they haven’t even looked at it and they say it’s ready to go. He says how you just told me it would be another 2-3 weeks before it’s even looked at. The woman on the phone then just says oh wrong customer and hangs up. Worst service and communication I have ever experienced anywhere for car care. Conpletely unprofessional, poor communication, improper information passed and poor phone etiquette.

  Everyone were so polite and respectful. They did a great job fixing my tire. I waited there and it only took them an hour! Now that's exactlent service!
