  Set up appointment online for a tire repair and everything went great. Tire was fixed fast and they started working on it right on time. Didn’t give me a bunch of BS and try selling me a new set of tires I didn’t need.

  Highly recommend! We pulled in right at closing on Saturday night, in a downpour, and Cameron was incredibly helpful in getting us back on the road quickly. Our car's splash shield under the front of the car had come detatched and we had been dragging it for miles down the highway (couldn't tell because the rain was so loud). We were about an hour from home, 6pm on a Saturday night. Cameron stayed after closing to quickly get our splash shield zip-tied up and get us back on the road. If we lived in town, we would definitely be back for service on our vehicles!

  Started off as a great experience, after my first 2-3 visits. Reasonable prices, fast service, friendly people. Until the most recent time I took my vehicle in (Sept 2025) which will be my last. Took it in for a tire bulge, after buying 4 brand new tires from this same location 20,000 miles earlier. Was told 3/4 tires had an “impact break” in the tire. Irritated that the lifetime warranty doesn’t cover this and they blamed it on Michigan roads. I’ve never had tires last only 20,000 miles, especially ones rated for 60,000 miles. Elected to purchase 4 new tires anyway, and then was told that the vehicle had leaking struts, bad wheel bearing and sway bar links. $2500 in work, told them to go ahead, even though there were no noticeable suspension issues when it was taken in for the tire. There was no clunking, grinding, or any sort of odd noises indicating an issue. I took it in for a bad tire, not the suspension. However, after the $2500 in work was completed, there was a noticeable clunk and whine in the front driver side suspension. So I took it back in, and was told that their shop is not equipped to fix the issue. Something about sway bar bearings/bushings? So I took it in for a bulging tire, no issues or complaints with a suspension. Paid a $2500 bill, and drove home with a vehicle that was in worse condition than when I took it in. Will never step foot in that place again.
