  Came with purely cosmetic scratches and dents, and left with an extremely annoying cabin air leak. 3 times I took the car back in and 3 times I got it back with the issue "fixed." A simple test drive would have revealed it was still present instantly. I spent about 100$ in Ubers home and my vehicle still wasn't fixed. I will now have to pay someone else to fix the issue or trade the car in as it. Staff is nice, but I absolutely wouldn't take my vehicle here again. The paint repair looked good but I would take cosmetic scratches over a functional issue any day of the week. ~~ edit per request of business, my name is Joshua Saha

  ETA-the current manager at Gerber contacted me a day or so after I left a review. He asked me to bring my car to the shop so he could take a look. I did that afternoon and he took pics, tried to say it was normal wear and tear and said he’d send the pics to his boss and let me know if they would do anything. I’ve heard NOTHING! Shocker. Had my car repaired there less than 2 years ago and during the repair I received a call that the new paint guy did it wrong and they had to redo the paint so it was going to take a few extra days. Fine, the paint is AWFUL!!! I have so many chips and the paint is PEELING in spots! Definitely NOT normal wear and tear. Also, the alignment of my bumper is horrible! I will try to add pics later. I went to Gerber on the recommendation of my insurance company and I will be letting them know what horrible work they do!

  Amazing place, very helpful kepted me updated in the process of fixing my car. Made my car look brand new after my accident. Would recommend.
