    They will let you book a reservation, email you a confirmation, then when you get there they will tell you that they have no cars for you. Happened to me 3 times already. I could've rented at another location if they would've told me earlier before I showed up to pick up the rental. Fix this!!

    I wish that I could give a zero! This rental car location has a huge disconnect with their reservations department. I made a reservation over the phone with Patrick to pick up a car at the Flint airport. I was to fly out of Flint the next day. I pay a Taxi 35.00 to pick me up from the Hilton Garden INN downtown Flint to pick up the car. I get there and is told that they don’t have any cars available. WHAT!? but you charged my card 138.86 for this 1 day rental. I was told that their reservations dept had no clue of their inventory! Huh!? What kind of business practice is that? So I call back to reservations and speak with a representative who BARELY speaks English and had the audacity to speak fast. I escalated to a supervisor who barely spoke English as well. But I was able to understand that she was processing a refund of 136.86 and that it would take 3-5 business days. I had to pay 35.00 again for the Taxi back to my hotel- as Avis had no other locations in Flint, MI. That was on December 12th. Today December 19th, I STILL don’t have my refund. I call back after the frustrations of thier automated phone system. I finally get a representative on the phone who doesn’t speak clear English either and was giving me the same incorrect information over and over again. I Escalate to a Supervisor named Sheema, who barely spoke English also. She was rude and very unprofessional. Telling me “You’re just going to have to wait for your refund” in a very aggressive tone. When I asked to speak with her Manager, Sheema told me that their isn’t one and she was the highest manager there. Which I know is a lie. She has a manager! Please DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM AVIS and I believe that they own Budget rental car also!

    Very professional and courteous service. Also, Lakeisha (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very professional and patient during the follow up call. I mention this because it is often the case that these calls seem to rushed through by folks who speak very rapidly, as if the call is just another chore to check off their list. She was patient and courteous. Thank you Lakeisha.

    Very rude customer service at this location. The way my 74 year old Aunt was treated was uncalled for. And I've rented always at Enterprise. 1st time at the airport location tho. And it will be the last.

    I picked up my Trax at Bishop International Airport. The desk person was friendly and attentive. The car was very clean inside and out. My only issue is I had hoped to get the compact SUV of another brand simply to try it out. The Trax drove well and was fairly easy to get used to maneuvering. I wish it had a few more luxe items like automatic tailgate but that’s on me. When I dropped off the car, there was a different person on desk duty and she was also very friendly and attentive to helping me checkout. I highly recommend Enterprise for your next car rental!
