  The Flint Austin Pkwy Office is a poor representation of Enterprise as a company. The phone is a waste of time nobody answers it and no messaging service, the phone automation hung up on me after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. KAT however is a great employee and is in need of help to support her customers. One person cant handle the phone and customers somebody is going to be ignored. Pickup was not available (a 5 to 10 min drive, so as a customer I was less than happy after waiting 1.5 hours at the repair shop as nobody would tell me that pickup was impossible and nobody would answer the phone). If customners mean anything to you as a company then I suggest you take better care of how you treat them.

  This is the place you want to rent from. The staff at the Austin parkway Flint location is awesome.
