But the guy at the desk said he would call the Pierson Rd store and see if they could do it faster. He told me they would get me right in if I could get there quick. So I drove to Belle Tire on Pierson Rd. He told me to ask for Ryan (manager). Upon arriving I asked for him and they said it would be an 11/2 hour wait. Ryan apologized and said he would get me in as quickly as possible. In the meantime he called the store on Center Rd. Asked why he would tell a customer that. Within a very short time he got me in and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. He sat with me in the show room and kept apologizing for the other store. Bottom line I received excellent customer service.
