  Worst experience ever. I'm happy to not have crashed. The car had over 61,000 miles. The car was filthy. The tires didn't match and front didn't have much tread. Sounded like an airplane ready for take off. Wiper blade on driver side had rubber hanging off. Winter in MI and no snow scraper. It snowed very hard last night there. Driving at night in it I could hardly see due too wiper. I had to use my hotel key card to scrape the windows in the morning. I sent a text explaing this. I got a call after I got home. The clerk was very nice. I only got a refund of taxes since it was prepaid as part of a pkg. Makes no sense. The most terrifying part was she told me they don't drive the car. So unless a patron advises there's an issue they just let them go out on the road with no inspection. Nice staff doesn't make up for driving a death trap. Never again!

  Great and Easy renting from Alamo. My flight was late and they didn't cancel my reservation. They even gave me an upgrade. How Great is that. The only negativebi have is that the wiper blades needed replaced.
