- TMTabatha MaxwellApr 14, 20261.0I have been getting my tires from Belle Tire since I had my first car and always have had a positive experience. Recently I went there to get a quote for some suspension repairs and was given a quote of $3,777. After seeing that each part was 3x the cost of the part, not including labor, I let them know I would pick up my car and was planning to get another quote. I was really disappointed when I was then told I "could always find someone willing to used lesser quality parts for a cheaper price". They handled it pretty rudely even though at that point I just said I was getting another quote (like I do for all large purchases) and never said I would not bring my car back to them. I took my car to another shop I have used before and was quoted $475 for the repairs. Not only was the price being charged for the parts cheaper, but several things Belle Tire told me I needed to fix were not actually needed. After searching online, this seems to be a common experience at all Belle Tires. While I understand no business can charge for parts at cost, I was disappointed that they told me repairs were needed when they were not, and that when I said I would be getting another quote, they responded rudely.

I wish to thank Kenny who wrote up my order & Mechanics Recco & Garren! Had a screw in my tire that was hissing loud! Thankfully I was able to wait 2 hours to get it fixed @ no charge! HAD TO BE AMERICAN MADE!! After careful consideration and discussion with Nick Stoktz, one of the managers, we came up with a tire that was low in national inventory. This guy, took the time to find these tires!!! I didn’t get them today, but they even let me cover the bill so I can have my wife come in a few days with no hassles. I sincerely thank Nick and everyone at Belle Tires Store# 114. You got me what is the best for my better half with the patience of dealing with me! Thanks Guys!!! You Rock!!!
