- DTDee TApr 24, 20265.0Telephoned early morning, spoke with Michael. More than pleasant! Customer relations/service is everything! Michael telephoned when my car was ready to be picked up. Genuinely nice guy. I saw him interacting with a customer upon my arrival. Never met him before but had a pretty good feeling he was Michael. I interacted with Brock at checkout. Also, great relations/customer service! It's just before closing, but you'd think it was top of the morning. He was full of energy, compassion and kindness! My car, rides like a gem again. The work they did even corrected a 2nd concern. Thank you, I will return.

- TYTyler youngApr 13, 20261.0Dropped my vehicle off to have (1) Tire pressure sensor replaced, Received a call 3 hours later telling me I need 2 more Tire Sensors due to them stating they are not ok and truck would not go through re learn process. I declined and picked my 2020 Tahoe up and paid for (1) sensor and truck was not re programmed. I got home and used my reprogramming tool from Amazon and truck did not have any issues and is now reprogrammed, They tried selling me parts that did not need to be replaced and did not perform the work they said they did. I found out the Store manager was the one trying to sell me the parts that were not faulty Will not use them again and in the past have purchased 3 sets of tires and a set of Custom wheels from them.
