Sounded like an airplane ready for take off. Wiper blade on driver side had rubber hanging off. Winter in MI and no snow scraper. It snowed very hard last night there. Driving at night in it I could hardly see due too wiper. I had to use my hotel key card to scrape the windows in the morning. I sent a text explaing this. I got a call after I got home. The clerk was very nice. I only got a refund of taxes since it was prepaid as part of a pkg. Makes no sense. The most terrifying part was she told me they don't drive the car. So unless a patron advises there's an issue they just let them go out on the road with no inspection. Nice staff doesn't make up for driving a death trap. Never again! Uodate: I contacted them as requested. The big resolution was two single day coupons. Great, you want me to rent another possibly unsafe vehicle twice. NO THANKS!
