  Came in for a battery. Out of the 3 associates that was there. Joseph was the only one that was not only extremely helpful in store. But, also outside of the store. He installed not just my battery. But, I watched him install 3 other batteries. Within 30 minutes. And with a smile on his face and cheer in his voice. That young man is a massive asset to not just the store. But, to the company. This also isn't the first or second time that I see this. Every time that I come here. He is always running around like no tomorrow. Helping customers and every associate there. This young man deserves a raise for all the work that he does.

  I didn’t buy my wipers from here but I needed some help to get them on. Dale & Marge were a great help and super friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Great location! Was having battery issues they were able to diagnose and replace my battery within 15-20 mins. Both Lennard and his helper were great help.

  Outstanding Service — Truly Above and Beyond I recently visited AutoZone during a very stressful time when I was experiencing car trouble. I depend heavily on my vehicle, and being without it for long simply isn’t an option for me right now. From the very beginning, Margaree made an incredibly difficult situation feel manageable. Before I even arrived, I called ahead and spoke with Margaree. I explained what was going on and that I believed the issue might be my starter. She asked all the right diagnostic questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure the correct starter was set aside for me. She also communicated clearly with the team so they were prepared to assist me, even though she was nearing the end of her shift. That level of foresight and teamwork alone spoke volumes. The next day, after discovering the starter wasn’t the issue, returning the part was completely hassle-free. Margaree made the process smooth, respectful, and stress-free. When my car started again but was still running rough, she didn’t stop there. She asked if my check engine light was on, offered to scan the codes, and that moment truly saved my vehicle. The diagnostic scan revealed major issues that could have eventually caused complete engine failure had they gone unnoticed. What stood out most was that she didn’t just do the minimum. She: #1.)Took time to explain the diagnostic results clearly #2.)Helped me understand the urgency and priority of repairs #3.)Ensured I left informed and confident, not overwhelmed #4.)Treated my concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism Margaree exemplifies what customer service should look like: knowledgeable, proactive, patient, and genuinely invested in the customer’s well-being, not just the sale. Her skill level, automotive knowledge, and leadership presence are exactly what you want in an assistant manager. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning to this location to purchase my front control arms, valve cover gaskets, headlights, fuses, and more. Trust matters, especially when it comes to vehicle safety, and Margaree has earned mine completely. AutoZone is fortunate to have her, and I hope her leadership and dedication are recognized. This location is now my go-to! without question.

  I was on a time crunch so I called in advance for a specific item. He tells me it's there in stock, gives me a price and he will pull it aside for me. I get there, he did not put it aside, they didnt have it in stock, but they had the one that cost twice as much ready to go. Overall, seemingly almost zero auto part knowledge between the two employees there. So I decided to drive down to Advanced Auto to be disappointed further.
