I get there, he did not put it aside, they didnt have it in stock, but they had the one that cost twice as much ready to go. Overall, seemingly almost zero auto part knowledge between the two employees there. So I decided to drive down to Advanced Auto to be disappointed further.

Lindell went above and beyond by changing the bulb himself! Less than 10 minutes I was free of the stress and struggle of trying to do it myself 😂. He was so joyful and didn’t give me any inclination that I was putting him out. Incredible customer service and I cannot express how grateful I am to have this problem fixed! Thank you so much Lindell!

With the mind set of just getting my vehicle scanned and printed off the issues. But, Joseph made me change my mind. He was beyond knowledgeable and very friendly. Helped me not with just what was wrong with my vehicle. But with someone who didn't just fix my vehicle. But, for an great price. Joseph is definitely an asset to AutoZone. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Just be recommending him to everyone. Thanks Joseph for the knowledge and help. I greatly appreciate it.
