  I can’t thank Lance and his team at the collision repair shop enough! I brought my Cadillac in with front-end damage, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.   My experience was wonderful! I had problems with my washer fluid coming out after a bump on the side where the motor turned up being. They pulled the trim back, saw the part and thought it was broken. Then they touched it to try to attach it again and it went into place and the motor was working again! They added some missing or damaged clips for security and the cost was this very worthy review for great service! I highly recommend them for honesty and great customer service.

  THE SHORT OF IT: Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had. I strongly discourage anyone from using this shop due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and incomplete repairs. THE LONG OF IT: I’m 43 years old and have worked in auto claims for Allstate and AAA for 15 years. I understand how the repair process should work and what reasonable expectations look like. I brought my Jeep in on November 6, 2025 and was quoted approximately 3 weeks for repairs. The repairs were not completed until January 27 — nearly 3 months later. Communication was consistently poor. I had to call for updates, and I was given conflicting information about parts and repair status. At one point I was told the vehicle was in paint and nearly complete, only to later be told they didn’t even have the bumper. After 6 weeks, I was informed repairs were complete — then told they hadn’t even addressed the suspension issue. The vehicle was sent to another facility before finally being diagnosed at a Jeep dealership, resulting in an additional $3,600 repair. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it wasn’t ready. I was then told my dashboard lights no longer worked — an issue that did not exist when I dropped it off. I was told the dealership would fix it, though the dealership had no record of that agreement. The shop owner then threatened storage fees and charging my deductible when I questioned paying before everything was resolved. A simple fuse ended up being the issue with the dashboard — something that could have been checked before involving threats. I left with my vehicle, but now: Parking sensors don’t work The rear tailgate only opens with the key fob The rear door does not close properly Interior trim was left dirty None of these issues existed before. This shop may have many positive reviews, but this was my experience. I would not trust them with another vehicle.
