I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location on 01/26/2026. On that day, I stopped by since my car was being serviced across the street, and I booked a rental as I’ve been a long-time customer here due to its convenience. Whenever I needed extended service, I would simply get a rental car from this location.
When I arrived, I was told that the u-pick is usually an economy car, which I know isn’t accurate—the car selection should depend on availability. However, I agreed to pay the upgrade fee because I didn’t want to get stuck in the snow with my child. After changing my reservation, I was told there was an issue with my address. The address on my ID had been entered into the system, but I explained to the staff member assisting me that this was not my current address and the previous person just entered my new address in during my previous visit.
I asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation again, but he said it was against company policy. I mentioned that all my bills are in my husband’s name, So I don’t have two pieces of mail that would have my address but this has never been an issue before. The manager then asked me if I wanted the employee to lose her job, which I found very inappropriate. I told them this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise, especially since it’s the only rental place I use because of its location. I left, saying I probably wouldn’t return because I was so upset.
However, I did come back because I truly needed a rental car until my dealer could provide a loaner. Before returning, I obtained a letter from the SOS on official letterhead confirming that my enhanced ID was on the way and noting that they do not provide stickers for the back of an enhanced license. When I came back, the assistant manager remarked, “I thought you wouldn’t be back.” I responded by saying that whether I returned or not, I never canceled my reservation, yet they still refused to rent me the car.
I asked to speak to the General Manager at 1:46 PM, and the assistant general manager said he would contact me by 2:20 PM, but I never received a call. I then went to another Enterprise location, where they reached out to a regional manager. I was told the paperwork I provided was indeed sufficient.
I rarely voice complaints, but I believe that if you work with people every day, it is essential to show empathy, maintain integrity by following company policies and procedures, and above all, treat customers with respect—especially during challenging economic times—when representing your organization. I am truly unhappy with my experience with this Enterprise location that has been the only rental car place I have used over the past 10 years.
