I had to leave a review thanks to the manager Joel and employee PJ!
I had a very negative experience there awhile back with the district manager. Kyle was rude, dismissive and condescending. My card was being overcharged and Kyle denied the facts that were right in his face. He even tried to assert that I still owed enterprise after being overcharged. Due to the negative experience, I vowed to never go back.
At the time Joel was just an employee. He followed me out and apologized for my negative experience. He vowed that when he became manager that he would treat his customers better.
I went back a few weeks ago to rent a car against my better judgement only to learn that Joel is now a manager. I'm back receiving excellent customer service now that Joel is the manager and PJ is an employee. Thank you Joel for your exemplary customer service.
