  I stopped in for an oil change and I and felt like that I made a connection with the team that work there that will stay with me for a long time. Both Val and Ivan were so helpful. In addition to the oil change I got help with an issue that I thought needed much more work than what it turned out to be. And although I didn’t take them up on the offer, they told me that if got the part, they would happily install it for me with no charge. Bonus for the fresh hot coffee that he brought to me. 2nd Bonus, no add on sale pitches.

  I can't say enough about this specific Tuffy location! They are so kind, polite and respectful from start to finish. They are very thorough in their job and even share helpful tips to prolong the life of your vehicle. Very family friendly as well, I've never heard a cuss word and there is no TV or foul music going. I love that they offer complimentary cookies, coffee and water too!! The squeegee of front and rear windshields is a nice finishing touch. Honestly never had better care anywhere else! To top it all off, it's very affordable. What's not like?!

  I went to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center and got the best customer service.The first time getting my oil change, they were very helpful and got me in and out in 10 minutes or less. Thank you Cody, Val, Matt, Carl, and Noah for helping me, you guys make a great team.

  Tuffy has treated me well over the years. A previous shop burned my trust on my then ~$1,500 vehicle to where I couldn't trust that shop with a basic Oil change. I was concerned the other shop would get distracted and forget the oil. As you can say burned trust. Tuffy saw my following vehicle after that for some defroster electrical. Solved the problem first time. It worked when I sold that car. Tuffy currently services my current vehicle as well as some of the others in the family fleet. Oil, plate bulbs, rear wipers... Honest shop of we've been purchased out my a larger chain & our oil changes have gone up. We're letting all our customers know before starting the oil change they can bring their own oil. Some of the best customer service you'll find in Fenton.
