And their service was nothing but exceptional. Great people, fast, efficient. Matt did the work on my car and he was absolutely fantastic. I appreciate the high level of professionalism and kindness. They even have cookies and coffee, which were delicious. Highly recommend Tuffy for any of their auto services you may need.

Steve let me know approximately how long the service on my car would take. Since I waited there, I asked if they had wifi. Tony directed me to where the wifi password was on the wall and said that although the sign had it in all caps, it was actually all lowercase. Throughout the service on my car, Steve kept me updated. Because they only needed to replace a missing bolt for my brakes, they didn't charge me for it. I was out the door in less than an hour. Service was excellent and the service cost was affordable. 2 thumbs up!

Now, they have nice, professional service but are way overpriced. With a veterans discount I paid over $100 for just a basic oil change. I cannot imagine what people are paying without discounts here. Never again!

Removed an animal nest of some kind from the engine compartment, fixed a headlight and the hood latch, as well as completing the oil change. Joe also applied a coupon to bring down the price without me asking for a discount. Great experience.
