  Just go to a used tire shop if your trying to save money they'll get you in and out quicker but won't balance them or anything like that but that's to be expect with that sort of service. If not there's definitely a cheaper option around in any city quality tire and Walmart's with tire centers both beat this place in my opinion. The customer service isn't anything special and there, not nearly as fast as other places I've got tires. They tried to charge my friend like 1800 to fix his suspension I had him order the parts from Detroit axle and we had to get one lower control arm with ball joint as I couldn't get the old ball joint to press out for whatever reason the press just wouldn't do the driver side. Still with buying the extra control arm total price was 360 in parts and took a out 2 or 3 hour's. We're talking just doing tie rod ends,sway bar links, cv axles and the ball joints. Took it in for a alignment at a different place and they gave it to us for free because they said nobody does there own work anymore and gets it right. Wish I could remember where we went give them a shout out will edit if I remember.

  Let me start by saying, I will not give Belle Tire my money again. I do not trust that they’re looking out for me or my best interest. I called last week for an updated quote — gave them my vehicle’s year, make, and model — based on a prior quote. I was told they had the tires in stock and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at 3 p.m., I found out we were discussing the wrong size tires (22’s instead of 19’s) so they had to order them in. How does a technician or salesperson not think to double-check something that basic on the call to know that the quote I was referencing was for a completely different vehicle I own! Why wouldn’t that have been on the quote? When I asked about price matching with Sam’s Club, I was met with sarcasm: “You wouldn’t want to buy your tires where you buy your underwear, right?” Really? That comment alone says a lot about their attitude toward customers (this was Timmy) and when I responded with ‘You buy your underwear at Sam’s? Because I don’t….) he quickly backtracked his unprofessional statement. Then I find out that an alignment isn’t included with the purchase of four brand-new tires — another upcharge. I was even told, “I have to pay my technician!” as if that excuses the lack of transparency. On top of that, they tack on balancing fees that weren’t mentioned ahead of time. Belle Tire comes across as more interested in making money than in providing fair pricing or honest service. I’d forgotten why I stopped trusting them — this visit reminded me. Save yourself the frustration — I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!
