I went to Belle Tire and while they did not have the tires I wanted in stock, they got them there within the hour and completed them the same day for me. They were professional and kind. Timmy was a delight to work with as well as the gentleman who came out to give me updates. I will absolutely be back and recommend them to anyone looking to be well taken care or!

I had a flat tire, so as you could imagine my day was already pretty upsetting.. what I didn’t need was the rudeness from those two old men. I called right at opening to tell them about my car with a flat tire, which i told them the make and model of the car on the phone, to which they said it wouldn’t be an issue and it would be done that same day. I wasn’t able to have my car towed until around 1pm. My car arrived around 130/2pm. They waited to call me until 430, 30 minutes before they close to tell me they won’t be able to fix it until that following monday because they did not have the tire in stock… Though they knew the make and model and i’m almost positive it is a simple search on the computer to see their inventory. I just don’t understand at all why I was informed way later. I drove my car WITH A FLAT TIRE right over to discount tire and was helped promptly and without attitude from the workers. If you have a tire issue in fenton, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here.
