  Got off work needed an oil change and just like Superman to the rescue they definitely saved me and took very good care of my baby from tire rotation new windshield wipers to a good oil change thank you so so much

  I had a great experience at the Valvoline oil change on Grand River in Farmington! They were friendly, efficient and thorough. They also let you know everything that should be done, but they’re not trying to sell you something you don’t really need. I love this location because it’s a hidden gem in Farmington and I rarely have to wait! If you’re looking for a new place to get service…do yourself a favor, because this is your place! I’ve used Groupon for great deals, but they also have really good online coupons! Cheers!

  I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Valvoline. The customer service representative, John, seemed disengaged throughout the entire interaction. I had several questions and was interested in additional services, but none were properly offered or discussed. For example, I informed him that my taillight was out and that I wanted it replaced. However, he never checked to see if the location even had the replacement light available. At the beginning of the visit, he asked if I wanted him to review the recommended services for my vehicle. I said yes, but he rushed through the list so quickly that I could barely understand him, and he never asked whether I wanted any of those services performed. I actually did want those services, as I understand that based on the mileage of my vehicle they would be beneficial for proper maintenance. I was also concerned about how the oil was handled. The new oil that was put into my vehicle came from a plastic container sitting on the floor. Since I paid for full synthetic oil, I had no way of knowing what was actually in that container, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the technician performing the oil change shouted that my car had an oil leak. Naturally, this worried me, and I tried to ask for more information. Instead of helping, John rudely told me to “take it to a mechanic,” without offering any explanation or guidance. Overall, the level of customer service I experienced was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I strongly recommend additional training for your customer service staff, as the service I received from John did not meet basic customer service standards.
