  There were issues between employees; the one putting in the oil and the one under the car. They started arguing about if the guy putting in the oil has the go ahead. I can only assume that the plug wasn't in and guy below wasn't ready for oil and oil went straight through. They both got so angry they left for lunch and a different employee finished. But my car rattled horribly upon starting and low oil pressure warnings came on. He told me it was fine and it did go in. I asked him to please check again. He checked again and then said he'd top it off. I then watched him pour an entire jug like they did they first time. He was then ready to send me away again, but I had to ask him to check my lights and turn signals. I don't think they checked my air filters, fluid levels, or anything else and he didn't give a printed receipt. I had to ask for them to reset systems too. They just wanted me gone to go talk to other employees. For $100, I feel very nervous for the first time about if my car is safe or the oil is going to smoke or cause issues to my engine.

  They fixed my bad oil change from another location 5/merriman. Fixed bad drain plug. No tire check and empty coolant. They really are the best here. I will never go anywhere else.

  Took advantage of my wife. Charged her $108 for full synthetic which is high but not the reason I'm leaving 1 star. I'm leaving one star because they wrote her sticker to come back in 3,000 miles. Synthetic oil is 7,000 miles minimum. Also talked her into a transmission fluid change she didn't need.

  I went in for a routine oil change and they made a serious mistake — instead of adding coolant, they put windshield washer fluid in the wrong system and never informed me. I discovered it myself and had to confront them. The manager tried to downplay and cover up the error, saying it was fine after removing the fluid. I requested a proper radiator flush to ensure no damage, but they tried to charge me $140 for fixing THEIR mistake. The lead were careless, unhelpful, and showed no accountability. After a long argument, they finally corrected it, but the experience showed negligence, poor honesty, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I recently Visited for an oil change and was quoted $59.99 for a cabin air filter — completely overpriced. I clearly said I didn’t want it at that price and even offered to pay half, but they ignored me and showed zero concern for the customer. After a frustrating argument, I left without the filter. Poor service, high prices, rude treatment, and a very bad impression. I will not return.
