  Visited Tuffy in Farmington after my car showed the TPMS warning symbol. The staff was friendly, quick, and helped fill the tire air free of charge. Really appreciated their helpful and professional service. Thank you!

  Amazing customer service!! Started the morning off at another location, when they advised it would take 1/2 a day for service, I quickly exited. I called around and explained my time constraints, JD told me to come over (no guarantees bc they hadn’t seen my car just yet). Needless to say, thanks to JD, Matt and the tall gentleman in the body shop - I was all set within a few hours. I appreciate the entire teams support in getting me in and out, and it was technically still the morning. My car is a bit older, I’ll definitely think of this location first when I need additional service. Thank you!

  Matthew Rich...was so pleasantly seated at the counter. He said hi Bernice; wow I laughed and said " I cant hardly remember my own name😅 so much is going on!" There wasnt a long wait at all. Pleasant environment. I didnt realize he gave ne a disct, so I called back to thank him. He is doublly bless. Matthew and Rich. "Oil Change.."Thank You!

  After my first visit, this is definitely a shop I’m going back to and I couldn’t have asked for anything to be done better. All the technicians working when I came in were extremely nice and informative about any questions I had. Alex (store manager or owner) let me head into the shop, due to it not being too busy that day, to let me watch the maintenance performed on my car while it was up on the lift. Matt (technician) got my alignment done while explaining what he was working on and educated me about any questions I had. I try not to form an actual trust with any dealership or shop, but I kinda had to break my rule with this one. If you’re looking for a shop that doesn’t keep you in the dark about any maintenance or issues with your vehicle, and have any questions or concerns you want answered, I’d highly consider taking it here.
