- LRLewis ReedFeb 2, 20264.0While the app was not working I was able to get someone on the phone everytime I needed charging help and they were nice and assisted fast. No hidden fees and no holds on my account like Red E charging station tried to take $50 before I even got my car charging (which never worked). I went to EVgo and one station had issues but once I called for help it was fast and I got my car charged in 30 min.

- JRJohn RemillardDec 14, 20251.0Absolutely a waste of time. Waited about 20-30 minutes. The charger is operating at 13kw consistently instead of the advertised 100kw. Additionally it was 8 bucks to charge from 24-40 percentage and it took almost an hour. Don't even bother with this location.
