  Costumer service is great. Been renting cars here multiple times and always treated great by all the guys! Always quick and easy to pick up and return.

  Wouldn't let me return the rental I brought from San Angelo Texas after they started to take it and asked how I enjoyed the service. Once I told them, the return was refused and I was told to go to the Wixom location instead.

  Extremely poor customer service, even after I gave them multiple chances. I will never recommend this location. After renting a car, I returned and locked it and dropped the keys in the dropbox, then realized I dropped my wallet inside the car. I was completely certain it was in the car. I called several times early the next morning asking them to please check, but the staff reluctantly looked and claimed they didn’t see anything. I repeatedly pleaded with multiple employees and managers, but I was ignored and brushed aside. For an entire month, my wallet containing my credit cards, debit cards, IDs, and important documents... remained in that car while it was rented out to multiple customers. The stress of replacing everything was overwhelming, all because no one took the time to properly check. One staff actually brushed my complain by stating that... " there is no way your wallet is in that car because we will be fired if we do not thoroughly check any car that is returned..."... just because they did not want to do their job. Obviously it wasn't thoroughly searched and cleaned. In the end (after a whole month)... just for me to recieve a Facebook message and an email from a "Good Samaritan customer" who rented the car saw my wallet and googled me to find my information. The worst part is that... when I called that Enterprise location... they were like... "Oh yes... we found your wallet. This could have been fixed if they had listened to me initially. I will never recommend anybody to this location. I wish there was a zero star.

  Thank u Chad for your help finding me a rental after my car broke down on me, the whole process was v quick & smooth, it was also v easy reaching u when I needed to extend the rental 😊

  All in all, I must say… Working with this location has made things in my life a little more easier. Too often these businesses become too business oriented. Not caring about deals, incentives and give me’s for the customers. This can make the difference in a business standing or falling. Having had many types of experiences working with this enterprise. I’m glad they keep me on the winning side of the experience. Chad has been, bare none, one of thee best managers that I’ve ever experienced in quite some time. I’ve actually come in and had the opportunity thee experience of being serviced by him. This is something I didn’t expect! At many offices the management is closed in an office where whatever service you get at the front desk is what you get. Customer service is key to him in his office motto. The regular staff agree that this is essential to running a successful business. Collin, one of his representatives, following him closely behind have made my experiences there so much less difficult. I’ve had some ups and downs with this office. Some kinks are still being worked out. Yet, with Chad, Collin, Seth I haven’t had to worry about a thing when it comes to my rentals. Chervelle and Caleb have helped me out too. I don’t regret having used this Enterprise! So, go ahead and try them out. They work hard to win your business.
