My husband and I purchased two vehicles within the last 7 months. Although they were from the rental car fleet, both were like brand new cars. Our salesperson Mia was very pleasant to work with.

I had an amazing experience working with Jalicia Brooks at Enterprise. She helped me trade in my old car from 2006 and upgrade into a 2023 Toyota Corolla; the whole process felt smooth and stress free. She told me if I just came in, she would help me; she stayed confident, reassuring and true to her word. Her customer service was exceptional, and she really took the time to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my choice. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond to make the process easier for me, even offering help with getting to the dealership when I needed it. That level of effort meant a lot. She also shared helpful advice about handling my vehicle financially in the long run, which showed she wasn’t just focused on the sale, but on making sure I was set up for success. Overall, Jalicia and the team made this a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, and truly looks out for you, I highly recommend asking for her.

I had a recent experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Farmington Hills, MI that I believe deserves recognition for the way it was handled. Overall, my interaction with the team was professional and respectful from start to finish. During the purchase process, I disclosed that I use my vehicle for gig work and inquired about purchasing extended warranty coverage for major mechanical components, including the powertrain, as well as GAP coverage. Based on those discussions and my understanding at the time, I proceeded with signing the purchase and associated contract documents. After returning home and taking time to carefully review the documents, I noticed that both the Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA) and GAP addendum contained limitations that did not align with that disclosed use, which prompted me to reach out for clarification. When I brought this to their attention, the manager I spoke with on the phone was extremely professional, understanding, and easy to communicate with. I unfortunately do not recall his name, but his professionalism and willingness to help stood out. He took the time to listen carefully, acknowledged the concern without defensiveness, and was transparent about what they could and could not control regarding the contracts. While they explained they were unable to modify the contracts directly, they handled the situation with a strong customer-first mindset. I chose to exercise the 7-day buyback option, and the entire process was handled smoothly and respectfully. As part of that resolution, the manager agreed to waive the $200 restocking fee given the circumstances, which I appreciated. I also want to specifically recognize Roxanne Ewing for her professionalism and kindness during the return process. She ensured everything was handled efficiently and even covered my Uber ride home after the return, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. Although there was an issue on the front end with how the contracts reflected my disclosed use, the way their team responded afterward demonstrated integrity, fairness, and a genuine commitment to doing right by the customer. Overall, I would describe this as a business that stands behind its customers and handles issues with professionalism and good faith. That level of service makes a real difference, and it did not go unnoticed.

I’ve purchased over a dozen vehicles in my lifetime—including private sales, auctions, and multiple purchases through Enterprise—and this was, without question, my worst experience. Within the first three days of ownership, I encountered multiple issues that should have been identified prior to sale. The rear brakes began making a noticeable rattling sound, which became more pronounced over time. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the advertised multi-point inspection. Additionally, the key fob malfunctioned almost immediately. After replacing the battery myself, the system continued to indicate a low battery, leaving me stranded twice in just a few days. A faulty key fob is not a minor inconvenience—it directly impacts the reliability and safety of the vehicle. A faulty key fob is not a minor inconvenience—it directly impacts the reliability and safety of the vehicle. There were also warning light issues shortly after purchase, requiring attention right away. While these were addressed, they further point to gaps in pre-sale inspection and preparation. I will note that the sales representative was polite and professional during the transaction. However, the condition of the vehicle and the issues that followed significantly undermined that initial positive impression. As a solo buyer, trust in the dealership is essential. This experience left me feeling unsupported and questioning the quality control behind Enterprise’s inspection and sales process. At this point, I would strongly encourage Enterprise to re-evaluate the consistency and accountability of their inspection standards. A process that is meant to reassure customers should not leave them troubleshooting critical issues within days of purchase.
