- NRNicholas RayDec 18, 20251.0Did not reinstall transmission plug correctly after changing fluid, leaked and resulted in all the transmission fluid coming out. Tuffy manager admitted fault, then reversed by Tuffy corp. saying not liable after driving 1k miles (not in agreement). Taking legal action and will be following on this post. Advise not to go to any Tuffy.
