  We just recently bought a used car and worked with Shakira. She is very nice and professional. she answered all questions, she took time to explain everything and as needed and brought senior salesmen to answer and satisfy our needs. She followed up timely on requests. Sales managers are also very professional and we had meaningful negotiations. I like their large desk screen. nice tech!

  Pat was wonderful to work with and his attention to detail was outstanding. Once the process was complete, he made sure to introduce me to the service staff and walk me through the features of my new XC90. I would highly recommend Pat if you are looking to purchase a new Volvo!

  The worst phone system I’ve ever dealt with for a dealer. When someone finally answered, they would not just give me pricing for a 12v battery change and said even if I wanted something specific done, they would want car for 3-4 days and do diagnostics and charge $225 if I declined any work they recommend. Ridiculous system

  I have been a LaFontaine customer for 2 years and am strongly considering not going back. I saw on their website they were offering 3 for 1 tire replacement, so I called to make an appointment and check on the price and they told me they weren’t offering it, the deal expired. I called multiple times over the next few days to try to get a manager and finally after I told them it’s false advertising plus the appointment email I received had that same offer listed on it, they agreed to give me the deal. I asked for all-in pricing and they gave me a cost of around $1450, but said they would need to call me back to give the price. They never called. I showed up for the appointment, which is 27 miles from my home, and they gave me a ton of hidden costs ($35 per tire, tax, labor, etc.) which they failed to mention on the phone, which boosted my total to over $1800, almost $400 more than I was quoted over the phone. Plus when it came time to settle up, they told me they have a new 3% credit card charge, which would’ve been nice to know when I first talked with them so I could bring my checkbook or debit card. They just seemed so sneaky about pricing, too willing to nickel and dime hard working customers out of money. Also, this is the first time at this dealer, well, any dealer, where I didn’t get a car wash after service. I spent almost $2K and they couldn't even bother to wash the car. Unless things change, I’ll be looking for a more local option no doubt.

  I bought my Jeep here this past weekend and this was the best experience I've had at a dealer by far! All previous dealer experiences resulted in buyer's remorse and feeling like I was taken advantage of. But this dealership experience felt gentle and honest and I left feeling like I got everything I wanted out of trading in my car and purchasing the new one. I worked with Joe Pope and Chad Kyre and both were very knowledgeable and kind. Joe was incredibly accommodating and personable and took care of my partner and I for hours, answering any questions we had and making sure we had everything that we needed. Chad got us through financing quickly and was very transparent about warranties and what would make sense for us and what wouldn't make sense for us. They offered the high-end of my trade-in's value and also gave me an awesome deal on the Jeep. I am so relieved to not feel gross about a big transaction like I have in the past! We will be recommending this dealership to everyone!
